Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between you ("Client", "User", "you") and POINT LAB ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), for the use of our services and website: https://www.logopoint.co/.

By booking a consultation, accepting a Proposal or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Company", "we", "us", "our" – refers to POINT LAB ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC 208349123, VAT Number BG208349123, with registered address at Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad, postal code 2704, Elenovo district, No. 59, entrance B, fl.7, apt. 19.
  • "Website" – refers to https://www.logopoint.co/, through which our services are presented and consultations are booked.
  • "Client", "you", "your" – refers to any natural or legal person who uses the Website, books a Consultation, or confirms a Proposal.
  • "Services" – refers to the brand identity design services we provide, as described on the Website and agreed in the Proposal.
  • "Consultation" – refers to the free introductory call booked through the Website.
  • "Proposal" – refers to the written offer we send after the Consultation, stating the scope, timeline, price, payment terms and next steps.
  • "Service Agreement" – refers to the agreement signed by both parties that sets the project-specific terms. Where it differs from these Terms, the Service Agreement applies.

2. Our Services

We provide brand identity design services, delivered entirely online. A project starts with a free Consultation; if the project is a good fit, we send a Proposal. The scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, support and any other project-specific terms are set out in the Proposal and the Service Agreement.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, or act on behalf of a company or organization that you have the authority to bind to these Terms.

5. Prices and Payment

  • The final price and payment terms are stated in the Proposal, in USD or EUR. VAT is applied where applicable.
  • We may update the prices on the Website at any time. A Proposal you have confirmed is not affected.
  • No payment is requested before the Consultation.
  • Your engagement is confirmed once you have accepted the Proposal, signed the Service Agreement and made the first payment it requires.
  • You are responsible for any additional charges, such as bank or currency fees, that apply in your jurisdiction.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Following Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless they explicitly consent to the service beginning before the end of that period.

Important:
By confirming the Proposal and asking us to start work, you explicitly consent to the service beginning before the end of that period. Once the design work has started, your right to withdraw is waived under Article 57(1) ZZP, and cancellation follows the Service Agreement.

7. Delivery and Approval

  • Final files are delivered digitally, by email or a shared link, within the timeline stated in the Proposal.
  • The timeline depends on receiving the information and feedback we need from you on time; delays on your side may move the delivery date.
  • Delivered work is considered accepted if no changes are requested within the period stated in the Service Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, you receive exclusive rights to use the final logo and design assets.
  • Drafts and unused concepts remain our intellectual property.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may show the final work in our portfolio.
  • Fonts, stock images and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for the project, give feedback on time, and not submit content that infringes on any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.
