These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between you ("Client", "User", "you") and POINT LAB ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), for the use of our services and website: https://www.logopoint.co/.
By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
- "Company", "we", "us", "our" – refers to POINT LAB ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC 208349123, VAT Number BG208349123, with registered address at Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad, postal code 2704, Elenovo district, No. 59, entrance B, fl.7, apt. 19.
- "Website" – refers to the online platform accessible at https://www.logopoint.co/, through which services are offered and ordered.
- "Client", "User", "you", "your" – refers to any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or places an order through the Website.
- "Services" – refers to graphic design services provided by the Company, including but not limited to logotype and brand identity design, as described on the Website.
- "Design Plan" or "Package" – refers to a predefined or custom set of Services selected by the Client through the Website.
- "Questionnaire" – refers to the post-purchase form used to collect project-related information from the Client.
- "Delivery" – refers to the digital transmission of final design files via email to the address provided by the Client.
- "Business Days" – refers to official working days in the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- "Stripe" – refers to the third-party payment processor used to securely handle transactions on our behalf.
2. Description of Services
We provide graphic design services, such as logotype and brand identity design, but not limited to them. All services are delivered entirely online. The service process includes:
- Selection of a design plan on our Website
- Payment processing via Stripe
- Completion of a post-payment questionnaire via Tally.so
- Delivery of the final design assets to your email address

4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must either:
- Be an individual who is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
or
- Be a legal entity (such as a company or organization) duly organized and in good standing under the laws of your jurisdiction, with the authority to enter into and bind the entity to these Terms.
By using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
5. Prices, Payments & Currency
- All prices are fixed and displayed in USD, EUR or BGN based on the buyer’s location. VAT is applied where applicable based on the buyer’s location and status.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You are responsible for any additional charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- Your order is considered confirmed once the payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Following Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days — unless you explicitly consent to the service beginning before the end of that period.
Important:
By submitting the post-payment questionnaire, you explicitly consent to the service beginning immediately.
Once the design work has started, your right to withdraw is waived under Article 57(1) ZZP.
If no work has started, and you request cancellation within 24 hours, a full refund may be granted.
7. Delivery
- Final design files are sent via email in digital formats (e.g., SVG, PNG, PDF, FIG files).
- The standard delivery time is 5–15 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire.
- Delivery may be delayed if your questionnaire is incomplete or submitted late.
8. Revisions
- Each design package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined on our Website.
- Revisions must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- If no revision request is submitted within this period, the delivery will be considered accepted, and the order will be marked as completed. No further revisions or changes will be accepted after this deadline unless otherwise agreed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment and delivery, you receive exclusive rights to use the final logo or design assets.
- We retain the right to display the final design in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Drafts and unused concepts remain our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
10. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Submit your questionnaire within 14 days of purchase
- Provide accurate information for the design brief
- Not submit content that infringes on any third-party rights
Failure to submit the questionnaire on time may result in cancellation without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.

12. Personal Data
Your data is processed following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZLD).

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Disputes shall be resolved:
- First, by contacting us at hi@logopoint.co
- If unresolved, through the Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP) or
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Unless otherwise required by consumer law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
